Often described as a “C-suite chiropractor,” François works closely with executive teams to realign vision, remove ambiguity, and amplify the meaning and impact of their brand story.

Clients value his no-BS approach, his fluency in both French and American business cultures, and his rare ability to move fluidly between rigorous strategic analysis and deeply creative, human conversations.

He began his career at BETC in Paris before spending over 15 years at leading U.S. communications firms, where he studied consumer psychology and shaped brand strategy for Fortune 500 companies.

His work has been recognised by every major international award, from Cannes Lions to the EFFIES.

François has taught at Sciences Po Paris and guest-lectured at UC Berkeley. He holds an MBA from ESSEC and a degree in political science.

In 2024, he launched IndLux, a second venture dedicated to helping global leaders decode India’s cultural and economic rise - a country he’s deeply passionate about.

He is currently based between Paris and New York.
