A rapidly expanding leader in the luxury sector, specialized in Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, was preparing to sell its business but lacked the necessary documentation detailing their main value proposition. Much of this crucial information remained in the founder's head.
Approach
We undertook the full codification of the company’s distinctive model. This comprehensive strategy also involved developing a company-wide foundational data strategy, brand story, and framework. Additionally, we trained the executives to ensure they were best prepared for the key moments of truth that selling is.
