Context
Working as a Creative Director at one of the world’s most prestigious couture Maisons is inherently high-pressure. Beyond artistic duties, designers must evolve into effective studio managers, organizing their creative chaos to ensure their teams can function efficiently.
Approach
Following a 360° review with individuals from both the Creative Director’s professional and personal circles, we initiated a four-month coaching process. The work demanded significant emotional agility to navigate the creative ego with care, ensuring that critical feedback was delivered clearly and constructively for actional improvement.
Result
We successfully restored confidence. The program positively shifted the energy, reduced the perception of chaos, and aligned the creative process more closely with the organization’s goals.
