Context
As Guerlain pursued a luxury elevation strategy, it needed to attract a new generation of talents driven by a commitment to excellence, while enhancing its "employer relevance" to engage and retain top performers.
Approach
We conducted extensive interviews across stakeholders, including individuals from various métiers and seniority levels, recruiters, and early talents. Leveraging our proprietary 2E2C approach (Employer truth, Employees insights, Competitive edge, Cultural momentum) we collaborated closely with HR leaders and top executives to co-develop an inspiring yet practical Employer Brand platform.
Result
This collaboration marked JOJA's third successful creation of an Employee Value Proposition for Maisons within the LVMH Group. Our “Reveal Wonder” platform has been globally implemented, rooted in the essence of the brand. It adeptly balances aspiration with actionability, resonating with the global HR community.
